A Training Class on Rescue on Water and Providing First Aid Was Deployed Directly on the Kazan Beach 'Lower Zarechie'

The staff of GIMS of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and Kazan rescuers together with doctors of the Medicine of Catastrophes of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and public rescuers of OSVOD of Kazan who are on duty on official beaches every day went to another tour along beaches of the republic. This time, all gathered to hold a master class with vacationers on the Kazan beach 'Lower Zarechye' on the primary skills of saving a drowning person on the water and providing him with first aid on the beach.
