In Zelenodolsk district the work on the free installation of smoke detectors continues
Work on the equipment of autonomous fire detectors of houses and apartments began in 2016. It was carried out in several stages. On behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, first of all, several thousand large families across the Republic were provided with fire alarm sensors. Since July of this year, the next stage of this charity event has started, during which the detectors are equipped with places of residence of lonely, elderly people, elderly citizens. The main purpose of this work, according to the organizers - to ensure fire safety of those groups and segments of the population who are most exposed to the threat of fire and death on them.
Over the past three years in Zelenodolsk municipal district, 357 large families with interdepartmental records have been provided with such sensors. 1336 fire detectors were allocated for the equipment of their places of residence. This summer we decided to additionally equip the houses and apartments of elderly people, lonely old people with fire alarm systems. For this large-scale work in Zelenodolsk district allocated 840 fire detectors, which is planned to equip 210 places of residence of elderly citizens.
