Safe holidays with EMERCOM
Before the beginning of the autumn holidays, representatives of the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the TRB RVFS together with employees of the 15th detachment of the FFS in the Republic of Tatarstan held a lesson with students of secondary school No. 22 on safe behavior on ice during the ice age and fire safety rules.
The representative of the Ministry of emergency situations told the children about the rules of fire safety at home, at school and on the street. How to act when you smoke with an open fire. Clearly showed how to do artificial respiration, how to transfer the victim, how to find out whether the victim is breathing and in what position he should lie waiting for the arrival of the ambulance. Children actively took part in all practical actions.
