Today, during the final third stage of All-Russian staff drill, forces and means of RSChS of the Republic of Tatarstan worked up alerts on liquidation of forest fires result in Chistopol and Zelenodolsk Municipal Districts. The practice events of the third stage involved total 563 people and 124 pieces of technique in total, including 223 people and 40 pieces of technique from EMERCOM of Russia.

Incidents as of April 20:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 55 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 14, short circuit of wiring without burning – 5, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 18. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires, including residential sector – 4. 4 people died. 1 person was injured.
