People gathered near the memorial complex on the bank of the Volga near the village of Syukeevo, Kamskoe Ustye District. Relatives and those who survived came to honor the memory of the deceased on July 10, 2011. The memorial event was attended by the main state inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for small vessels, Yuri Venediktov, Deputy Minister of EMERCOM RT, Chief of the search and rescue service under EMERCOM RT, Ilham Nasibullin, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Elmira Zaripova, the Head of Kamskoe Ustye District, Pavel Lokhanov.

The championship of the Republic of Tatarstan on applied fire sports started today in the sports arena of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The strongest six teams of physical culture collectives of fire service from Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Almetyevsk, which won zonal competitions, entered the contest for medals. Sportsmen who will demonstrate the best results will enter the team of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan for participating in Russian summer championship.

The regional stage of Silk Way Rally-2017 in Kazan started on July 9. At 9.00 AM, events of solemn meeting of participants began on the Millennium square. 19 items of technique, from which 2 fire and rescue motorcycles, and 69 people of subordinate departments of HQ EMERCOM RF for RT and EMERCOM RT involved in safety provision. Safety measures were taken in all municipal districts of Tatarstan, on the territories of which the rally’s route laid.

Incidents as of July 9:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 40 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 0, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 5, cooperation with other services – 6. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires: residential sector – 1, outhouses – 2.
