During the briefing the Main State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for small vessels, Yuri Venediktov and the Deputy of the Main State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for fire supervision, Maksim Truschin, made speech before journalists. They informed the media representatives about that with coming autumn-winter period not only the number of fires increase, but also the number of tragic cases on the water.

Incidents as of October 31:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 46 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 5, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 3, outhouses – 4, vehicles – 1. 2 persons were injured.
