Characteristic Incidents for Last Day

Incidents for September 3:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 57 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 4, dry grass extinguishing – 0. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, 1 of them in residential sector.

Causes of the fires are following: violation of fire safety rules during works with fire – 2, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1, violation of electrical equipment use rules – 1, careless handling of fire – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 26 times. 1 persons were rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 2.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 10 times. Including: door unblocking – 3, traffic accident – 1, trainings – 2, searching for lost mushroomers (2 women, found) – 1, safety provision at event – 1, holding open classes at school – 1, others – 1.

Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on RT warn:

· do not abuse alcohol, never smoke in bed;

· do not leave children unattended, teach them basic rules of fire safety;

· never use faulty electrical wiring, do not overload the grid, use caution when using electric heaters;

· do not leave electrical and gas devices unattended.
