Characteristic Incidents for the Last Day

Incidents as of March 26:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 62 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 7, dry grass extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 28, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, singed meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 6. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 3 fires, 1 of them in residential sector.

Causes are: violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 1, violation of electrical equipment technical use rules – 2, arson – 1, ascertain – 1, defect in vehicle systems, mechanisms and components – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 9 times. 1 person was saved.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 2.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 12 times. Including: unblocking – 4, revealing a ring from finger – 1,  others – 1, providing support on cleaning up a roof – 1, demercurization – 1, preventive raid at mass gathering places of fishermen – 1, , ice condition monitoring – 1.

Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for RT warn:

· do not abuse alcohol, never smoke in bed;

· do not leave children unattended, teach them basic rules of fire safety;

· never use faulty electrical wiring, do not overload the grid, use caution when using electric heaters;

· do not leave electrical and gas devices unattended.
