Rafis Khabibullin: EMERCOM Departments Switched to Boosted Readiness Mode

Mass immersion of religious people on open waters will be organized in 28 municipal districts in 89 fonts. Moreover, blessing of the waters with possible pouring will take place at 26 streams and 27 chalices in 26 municipal districts. Heating and hot tea spots are ready at immersion places. Also, they are equipped with rescue means.

‘The main task is to prevent death and injury of the population during immersions. For that, efficient cooperation with MIA employees and medics was organized at places’, marked the head of EMERCOM of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin.
