Within the work visit to Kazan, Vladimir Puchkov examined the work and combat readiness of response departments of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The federal minister was accompanied by the Chief of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant-General of Inner Service, Rafis Khabibullin.
