GIMS Rescuers and Employees Are Ready to Respond Accidents on Water During Freezing-Over

Rescuers and GIMS employees thoroughly prepare for the inter-season and work out rescuing fishermen from a separated ice block and providing first medical aid to the injured, who fell down through the ice, in practice. The water of the river Kazanka near the Center of GIMS was a training ground for improving skills of rescuing those who like to fish on the ice. Total of 88 places of fishermen crowding on the ice are registered in the republic by GIMS employees.
