Rafis Khabibullin met with heads of volunteer organizations
The reason for the meeting was the signing of a cooperation agreement between EMERCOM of Russia and All-Russian student rescue corps in Moscow. The head EMERCOM of Russia Evgeny Senichev and President of RSRC Evgeny Kozeev today signed a joint cooperation agreement.
The document regulates the interaction of the parties in terms of promoting volunteering, the formation of public consciousness and civic position of the population in the field of safety culture, improving the practical skills of young people on the basics of life safety. The agreement provides for the participation of RSRC in the mentoring system of EMERCOM of Russia.
At the same time in the main Department of EMERCOM of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the chief of the Tatarstan Central Board, the Lieutenant General of internal service Rafis Habibullin with heads of the volunteer organizations which closely cooperate with professional rescue formations on works on search of the lost people took place. Deputy Minister of youth Affairs Anna Zakhmatova also took part in the meeting.
