More than a hundred personnel of the main Directorate: military personnel, senior and middle commanding staff of the Central office of the main Directorate, senior and middle commanding staff of all divisions and subordinate organizations of the main Directorate stationed in the territory of the Kazan garrison lined up in a spacious sports arena. Colonel Andrey Orlov, Deputy head of the main Department for protection, monitoring and prevention of emergencies, commanded the parade.
According to the results of the review, the inspectors will make a report on the shortcomings in wearing uniforms, if any, and will present it to the Deputy Head of the main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan of the protection, monitoring and prevention of emergencies.
