Protocol and withdrawal of budget subsidies - for burning stubble

This was stated today by the head of the Main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service Rafis Khabibullin during a scheduled meeting of the Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations and Fire Safety of the Republic of Tatarstan. 
In order to implement preventive measures, on March 27, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted Resolution No. 178 "On measures aimed at ensuring fire safety in 2021", which defines the list of settlements, economic and social protection facilities, as well as dacha non-profit associations of citizens exposed to the threat of forest fires and bordering forest areas.
 Since the beginning of the spring-summer fire-dangerous period in the territory of the republic in the period from April to May 2020, 1,585 fires with material damage of more than 275 million rubles have been registered. The fire killed 24 people, injured 34 people, destroyed 248 buildings, 14 pieces of equipment. At the same time, 550 fires or 1/3 of the total number occurred as a result of uncontrolled burning of dry grass and garbage.
On some days, the fire protection units carried out about 50 visits a day to fires of dry grass and garbage.
As part of the execution of these instructions, a set of organizational and practical measures has been planned to prepare the Republic of Tatarstan for the fire-hazardous period of 2021.
An interdepartmental working group has been established to assess the readiness of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal districts of the republic for actions in the fire season of 2021. The specified group in the period from March 15 to 17 checked the management bodies of the territorial subsystem of the RSChS and municipal districts of the republic on readiness for the fire season of 2021. According to the results of the inspection, the subject is assessed as "Ready" for the fire season of 2021. 
This year, 97 settlements exposed to the threat of forest fires, 50 horticultural and dacha non-profit associations of citizens, 81 children's health camps bordering forest areas were registered.
