Visit of the SISV: on the beach of "Locomotive" one can only relax on the shore

    After examining the beach area, Inspector SISV did not see a lifebuoy on a metal pole, which should be located on the shore every 50 meters. The black balloon forbidding vacationers to enter the water was not hung out either. Denis Mokeev pointed out another drawback when examining the information stand, where there was no meteorological data on air and water temperature.
    Unfortunately, today the situation here is deplorable. The water level rose sharply, and the children's bath flooded. Also, a lot of garbage was deposited to the shore, so the operation of this beach is not possible today.
