375 training and consulting points on civil defense and emergency situations have been created in the Republic of Tatarstan
The main purpose of the activity of the TCP is to maximize the involvement of the unemployed population to study, for competent action in emergency situations of peacetime and wartime.
The main tasks of the UKP are:
organization of training of the unemployed population according to programs approved by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia;
teaching citizens how to protect themselves from modern weapons of destruction;
development of practical skills of actions in emergency situations of peacetime and wartime and confidence in the reliability of means and methods of protection against emergencies of any nature;
raising the level of the moral and psychological state of the population in conditions of threat and occurrence of emergency situations;
to teach the population the rules for protecting children and ensuring their safety when carrying out CD activities;
promotion of the importance and necessity of all activities in modern conditions.
