Winner of Motorboat Competition Among GIMS Inspectors in Naberezhnye Chelny was Determined
From July 17 to 18, 2014 there was held motorboat competition among state inspectors for Small Vessels of FKU " GIMS Center of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan" in Naberezhnye Chelny in "Lesnaya skazka" recreation center.
The main objectives of the competition are: to check the level and quality of theoretical and practical training of GIMS inspectors on watercraft driving and rescuing people that are being wrecked on the water and to check the coherence of units in the team relay and to improve the level of training of GIMS inspectors.
Participants of the competition:
Kazan inspectorial office – one team (5 people);
Nizhnekamsk inspectorial office – team (5 people);
Chistopol inspectorial office – team (5 people);
Naberezhnye Chelny inspectorial office – team (5 people);
The team of Zelenodolsk inspectorial office, Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Laishevsky inspectorial office – team (5 people).
Competition results in the individual standings:
- winner of the 1st stage – testing of theoretical knowledge, state inspector for small vessels of Zelenodolsk inspectorial office, Nikonov K. A.;
- winner of the 2nd stage – motorboats speed race on 2 km, state inspector for small vessels of Naberezhnye Chelny inspectorial office, Semenov A. S.;
- winner of the 3rd stage – high-speed maneuvering on motorboats, state inspector for small vessels of Kamsko-Ustyinsky inspectorial office, Ananyev A. V.;
- winner of the 4th stage – speed maneuvering on jetski, state inspector for small vessels of Kamsko-Ustyinsky inspectorial office, Ananyev A. V.
Competition results in the team standings:
- 3rd place went to the team of Naberezhnye Chelny inspectorial office;
- 2nd place went to the team of Chistopol inspectorial office;
- 1st place went to the team of Zelenodolsk inspectorial office, Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Laishevsky inspectorial office.
The winner team was awarded a challenge cup. On July 23 the team of GIMS Center of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan compiled on the basis of the republican starts, will take part in Motorboat Championship of Volga Regional Center of MES of Russia.
