Republican competitions among gas and smoke protection service units were held in Naberezhnye Chelny on the territory of fire department №55. They are dedicated to the memory of firefighters died in the line of duty. Their purpose is to determine gas and smoke protection service units’ degree of professional training and formation of coherent and clear actions between firefighters being a part of a crew. The competitions were attended by 29 teams and were divided into two parts – theoretical and practical.

Annual certification testing of SAR crews of cynology service of EMERCOM of Russia of Volga Federal District was opened in the area of village Kulseitovo near Kazan. 44 cynologists gathered from the Volga region for the recertification of their four-legged friends. That time cynology crews came to their Kazan colleagues from Udmurtia, Bashkortostan, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Perm, Nabarezhnye Chelny, Tetyushi. During the tests, service dogs must demonstrate their proficiency to and be allowed to work in an emergency situation for 2015 with its master. Barking rescuers ought to prove their qualification each year in such gatherings.

As a good tradition each year supervisory department for Aznakayevsky Municipal District together with FD-87 workers and Aznakayevsky office of Almetyevsky interdistrict department of TRO VDPO hold training evacuations of pupils and teachers at school.

Incidents for September 13:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 64 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 9. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 11 fires, 5 of them in residential sector.

Causes of the fires are following: carelessness when smoking – 2, violation of technological process – 1, violation electrical equipment use rules – 4, faulty electrical wiring – 1, violation of fire safety rules during electrical equipment use – 1, arson – 1, violation electrical equipment installation rules – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 17 times. 3 persons were rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 3.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 11 times. Including: door unblocking – 5, traffic accident – 1, searching for lost in forest (woman was found) – 1, removing cat from boiler tube – 1, safety provision during artillery shells removing – 1.
