A collision of cargo ship “Altai” (no load) and the dredger “Bulgar” on October 24 at 05:45 MSK at the 1380 km of the river Volga in Kamsko-Ustyinsky District of Tatarstan was reported by a dispatcher of Kazan Area of Waterways and Navigation. As a result of the collision, there are no damages. No dead of injured.

Incidents for October 23:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 63 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 13 fires, 3 of them in the residential sector.
