On April,23 at 10:00 A.M., a presentation of a project on teaching people first aid provision and psychological support will take place in the Center of Simulating and Imitating Education of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology of Kazan Federal University. The presentation will be attended by the Director of the Center of Emergency Psychological Aid of EMERCOM of Russia, Julia Shoygu, and representatives of interested departments (EMERCOM of Russia, Ministry of Health of Russia, Ministry of Sports of the RF, deputies of State Duma of Federal Assembly of the RF).

Exit Meeting of Interdepartmental Governmental Commission on issues connected with introducing and developing systems of “Safe City” hardware-software complex of technical means took place in Kazan in the Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chairman of The Government of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Rogozin.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 66 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 7, dry grass extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 29, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 8, others – 0. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, 4 of them in residential sector. 5 people were saved.
