Employees of the 8th squad of federal fire service during the whole New Year holidays went round resident houses and apartments of Zelenodolsk citizens reminding about fire safety rules. Special emphasize and the closest attention was to families with many children, the needy, those who because of various circumstances occurred in difficult life situation. Fires with people’s death often happen exactly in such families. In the past 2016 seven children died in fires in Tatarstan. Adults are guilty of every tragedy.

Incidents as of January 10:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 32 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 10, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 3, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires, including residential sector – 4, outhouses – 2, vehicles – 1.
