The RT Cabinet council order in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan established from April 20 to May 15, 2014 a particular fire-proof treatment

      According to the order of RT Cabinet council No. 674-р of 14.04.2014 in connection with increase in the number of fires during the spring and summer period and number of victims on them, according to article 30 of the Federal law of December 21, 1994 No. 69-ФЗ "About fire safety" and article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of May 18, 1993 No. 1866-XII "About fire safety":

      To establish from April 20 to May 15, 2014 a particular fire-proof treatment in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan;

      The ministry of affairs of civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan have to develop a complex of the fire and preventive measures directed on decrease in the number of fires during the spring and summer period;

      The ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan have to take measures for updating available and to the device of the new mineralized strips in forests and on their borders;

      The Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan have to provide in the subordinated organizations taking measures to non-admission of burning of an eddish on agricultural holdings of the Republic of Tatarstan; and to organize of cleaning of the territories of agricultural enterprises from garbage and a dead wood.

      This order comes into force from the date of its official publication.
