Elena Lazareva, an employee of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM RT, was among the winners of the superfinal of the festival of working youth «Безнен заман»

After successfully passing the zonal stage of the IX annual open Republican television festival of creativity of working youth «Наше время - Безнен заман», Elena Lazareva, an employee of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the superfinal held from November 12 to 13 in the concert hall of the Volga State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism.
In the nomination "Minute of Glory" Elena presented her author's poem "And what is happiness for you?". This year's cultural event is dedicated to the Year of Native Languages and National Unity.
