Alexander Ilyich Ganin is a veteran of the Zelenodolsk branch of the All-Russian Voluntary Fire Society. His total work experience was 48 years! He does not regret at all that he gave almost half a century to a noble profession - fire prevention.
Over the years, in addition to the profession of a projectionist driver, Alexander Ilyich mastered the profession of a stove maker, engaged in recharging fire extinguishers, checked chimneys and ventilation ducts. And now, after many years, looking through black-and-white photographs, Alexander Ilyich recalls with warmth and kind nostalgia the years of work in the RVFS.
In work and in life, his family was a reliable support for Alexander Ganin. Together with their faithful companion, Nina Fedorovna, they raised a daughter and a son, who also followed in his father's footsteps and gave many years to service in the fire department of Zelenodolsk.
