Denis Mokeev, the best inspector of the SISV of the EMERCOM of Russia in 2022: "I went to the army in the early morning of June 22"

28 November 2022, Monday

The winner of the All-Russian festival on the topic of safety and rescue of people "Constellation of Courage" in the nomination "The best state inspector for small vessels in 2022" was Denis Mokeev, senior state inspector for small vessels, head of the Kazan Inspection Department of the SISV Center of the Main  Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations - since 2014. The laureate has saved lives, victories in sports competitions and competitions of professional skill. And also – Thanks from Russian President Vladimir Putin, and now the honorable enlistment in the army of the All-Russian Popular Front as a "fighter" of Putin's Team.
It was service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Russia, according to him, that taught discipline, concentration, order and communication in a team and much more.
He was born near Barnaul in the Altai Territory, where his parents settled by distribution, then returned to the small homeland of mom and dad in Bugulma, and from there went to Kazan. He received a law degree, worked for a year in a private office. Well, and then, welcome to the army!
    - They took me away at dawn on June 22, - the best inspector shared. First in Samara, and in January 2014 we were sent to the border with Ukraine in the Rostov region.
    - In 2014, it was not so easy to get a job in the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The vacancy turned out to be only in SISV for the position of inspector for small vessels. I had to master a new direction for myself. To begin with, I studied to be a boatmaster, got my license. Slowly began to delve into the process.
Well, I plunged into work with my head, began to study the lot, waterways, river spaces. He became interested in outboard motors, ship models, and mastered hovercraft control.
Here is such a job: year-round trips on patrols, preventive raids, work with schoolchildren in the lessons of housing and communal services, ensuring safety on the water during festive events. In summer – control of beaches, in winter – for ice crossings.
I am grateful to my mentors for their invaluable experience, for the science of communicating with people, for their patience and support. And the young guys charge with their enthusiasm and diligent approach to our common work.
